المهارات المطلوبة
  • To generate new business, achieve new production objectives, assist the customer service representative in servicing the existing portfolio, and secure a smooth renewal.
  • Solicit New Prospects.
  • Intensify contacts with prospect and convert them to clients.
  • Negotiate policies’ terms and conditions with the customers / potential customers and focus his efforts to close business.
  • Deal with the Customer / Potential Customer attentively and listen carefully to their inquiries about Medgulf Insurance policies and services.
  • Ensure providing all customers / potential customers with all answers and support covering their inquiries and requests.
  • Provide when possible information about potential customers, determine decision makers, existing insurers and level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge about Medgulf's products and services.
  • Keep always updated about Medgulf's latest Policies and Procedures related to issuance, renewal, amendments…
  • Maintain and Safeguard customer and Medgulf information
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Participate to the diversification of company portfolio by emphasising on cross selling and ensuring sales diversity
  • Guarantee dealing with all customers / potential customers as per Medgulf and regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Abides in his transactions to Medgulf & Regulatory policies and regulations.
  • Contributes to customers ‘retention by maintaining excellent relations with key persons and decision makers of accounts which will:
    • Enrich the referral list
    • Enhance the expansion in term of new opportunities
    • Improve renewal rate
  • Carryout any task assigned by his direct superior.
